The Rocky Mountain Herbal CampOut is a four day course that takes us into the verdant & lush high country of SW Colorado and allows us access to diverse plant populations not found at similar elevations in northern Arizona. The trip is timed to coincide with the peak wildflower bloom in the Rockies in late July.

Class meetings for the Foundations and Advanced Topics programs occur on weekends in Flagstaff. The four day Rocky Mountain course is an exception; it meets during the week in late July and is held near Durango, in SW Colorado.

Who is This Program For?
If you are considering this program, keep in mind the following:
This is a big commitment. It is not for everyone.
Both total beginners and those with some herbal and healing experience are welcome. More important than previous training is an open mind and heart, a sincere desire to learn and a commitment to complete the course work and attend all the meetings.
You will be challenged. You will grow tremendously. For some, it is a life changing experience.
There is no refund for people who drop out or simply quit attending classes. A full refund is given for any classes that need to be cancelled, for any reason, by the school.

Students Traveling from Out of Town
The One-Weekend-A-Month format is used to assist folks coming from distant towns and other states. The group meets from 9am to 4pm on Saturday and Sunday. This allows travel time for early Saturday mornings and Sunday evenings. If you are flying or taking the train, you may need to arrive Friday evening. Flagstaff has Amtrak service to Los Angeles and Albuquerque. Let us know if you need advice on travel or lodging options.

Past years have seen students attend from Santa Fe, Albuquerque, Tucson, Phoenix, Prescott, Page, southern California, Winslow, southern Utah, Las Vegas and Europe.
