Online vs In-Person Classes for 2023

Will the 2023 herb classes be recorded?
If I am not able to attend, can I watch the video later?

Many herb programs, including the Foragers Path, moved to online learning in recent years out of necessity due to the public health crisis. I am certainly grateful for the opportunity to continue serving the community when travel and live meetings were either difficult or impossible.

This is not the optimal way to become an herbalist.
There is a special energy in being with a group of like-minded herbalists.

Live, in-person gatherings include:
~Touching, tasting and smelling the herbs
~Doing hands-on demonstrations for making herbal pharmacy
~Being together as small groups of committed herbalists in the plants’ natural environments: deserts, canyons, meadows, forests and river corridors.
~Small group discussion and Q&A is livelier and more rewarding when in a live group.

The 2023 schedule is being finalized during the summer of 2022.
As I write this, the public health situation is in flux.
The current plan is to have both herb programs presented live and in-person.
These will be a combination of outdoor field study and indoor classroom gatherings.
We will meet outside for all the scheduled events if the public health situation prohibits indoor gatherings.
At this point, there is no plan to provide record the weekends or post videos.

Knowing this, it is important for people to plan their 2023 monthly schedule to be able to attend the weekend gatherings in person.
