Here we offer an ever-changing collection of our favorite, tried and true preparations that have been helpful for many clients over the years.
Check back often as the supply of any one item is limited and others are offered as they become seasonally available.
These products are hand crafted in small batches. They are the results of my 25+ years experience in wild crafting, teaching, herb making and clinical work.

No catchy names or fancy labels are used – just top quality products that bring time tested results.

, Alcohol, Spring water, Honey, Flower of Syzygium aromaticum

Life Force  2 oz – $17      4 oz – $32
This formula is created with herbs that have been used for centuries to deeply nourish the Vital Force of the body. It deeply nourishes the body on many levels while providing increased long term energy.

Ashwaghanda (Withania somnifera) is prepared from freshly dug organically grown roots and is noticeably stronger than the more common dried root tincture commonly available.

Eleuthero (Eleutherococcus senticosus) is prepared at a 2:1 (herb:solvent) ratio while most commercial products are much more diluted at 1:5. The adaptogen research on this plant was done with a 1:1 preparation.

Schizandra (Schisandra chinensis) is known as Wu Wei Zi or the Five Flavor Berry in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). This diversity of flavor provides broad acting benefits to many organ systems in the body according to TCM teachings. We use berries that are freshly dried and full of flavor and color.

Licorice Root (Glycyrrhiza uralensis) has adrenal supporting constituents from a chemical view. In TCM, it is seen as a harmonizer helping the other herbs in the formula work well together.
Contains: Root of Withania somnifera, Eleuthero Root, Schizandra Berry, Licorice Root

How to Use:
Take ½ to 1 dropper full 2-3 times per day for several weeks.
This formula is most effective when it is combined with a nutritious diet and sufficient restful sleep.
It should not be used as a substitute for lack of sleep or a poor diet.

2 oz – $17

4 oz – $32

Ghee

Our Ghee is made the traditional way – the method we learned from Dr. Vasant Lad at the Ayurvedic Institute.
We use cultured unsalted butter from grass-fed cows, cooked slowly on the stove in small batches during the full moon.

Ghee has numerous health benefits in the Ayurvedic tradition. A thorough article is available here.

Because the water content of the butter has been almost completely removed, ghee needs no refrigeration and keeps very well.
It is an outstanding food for Vata and Pitta and needs to be used more sparingly for Kapha.
